About SF Report Manager
Salesforce report and dashboard folder work should not take a pile of tabs, scripts, or one-by-one cleanup.
Why we built it
Salesforce makes it easy to create reports and dashboards, but harder to maintain them when the business changes. A new team needs a copy of a trusted report set. A dashboard needs its own reports, not links back to the old folder. A cleanup project turns into opening assets one at a time and hoping nothing important gets missed. SF Report Manager was built for that gap: focused folder workflows, clear review steps, and operations that run with your Salesforce access.
Principles we build around
- Useful before impressive - the product should make repeated admin work shorter, not bury it under a bigger platform.
- Clarity before execution - selected assets, target folders, and destructive actions should be visible before anything runs.
- Review before risk - copy, move, and delete workflows should give admins a moment to check the scope.
- Respect your data - we only request what is needed to operate and act on your behalf in Salesforce, with clear documentation in the privacy policy.
