SF Report Manager - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SF Report Manager ("Extension"), a Chrome extension that helps you manage Salesforce Reports and Dashboards at scale. By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and account responsibility
- You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to access and manage data in your Salesforce organization.
- You are responsible for all actions performed through your Salesforce account and browser environment.
2. License and permitted use
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for lawful business or personal use.
- You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the Extension in violation of applicable laws, Salesforce terms, or third-party rights.
3. Subscription and billing
- Certain features may require an active paid subscription.
- Subscription terms, pricing, renewal period, trial details, and cancellation options will be shown at the time of purchase.
- Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a specific offer.
4. Data processing and privacy
- The Extension processes Salesforce authentication/session data and metadata needed to perform requested operations.
- Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Service availability and changes
- The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time, including as part of subscription plans.
6. Acceptable use
- You must not use the Extension to violate security controls, access data without authorization, or perform unlawful actions.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing destructive actions (such as deletes or moves) before confirming execution.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Extension is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SF Report Manager and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the Extension.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from claims arising out of your misuse of the Extension, your breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
10. Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the Extension. Access to paid features may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your principal place of business unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
